SANTO TOMAS, Davao del Norte—The municipal government of Santo Tomas headed by Mayor Ernesto Evangelista has turned over a brand new unit of patient transport vehicle (PTV) to Barangay Kimamon in keeping true to its mandate to improve the quality of life and bring public health services faster to the residents of the said barangay.
